The equipment listed below requires teaching staff authorisation prior to borrowing using the Audio-visual equipment booking form. This can be obtained from your campus library. Equipment may only be borrowed and used for the educational purposes of the Institute.

The following equipment may be borrowed from your campus library. Availability of equipment varies between campuses.
- Analogue video camera
- Video recorder
- SLR camera including lenses
- Television
- Slide, overhead and direct projectors
- CD player
- Tripod
- Calculator
- Cassette and micro-cassette recorders
Loan/hire periods are generally overnight or for the weekend (Friday to Monday).
Equipment must be returned on time and to the library from which it was borrowed. Equipment should be handed to staff at the Loans Desk.
Fines of $5.00, $2.00 or $1.00 per day, depending on the category of equipment, will be incurred for late returns. Restrictions on further equipment loans may also apply.
